Your product page, checkout, structured data and submitted availability need to describe the same offer. A different variant, outdated update or source mapping can leave them out of step.
What we check
- 01
Match the warning to the exact variant and the market where it can be ordered.
- 02
Compare the submitted availability with the visible stock message and whether the item can actually be purchased.
- 03
Inspect the relevant inventory and feed settings. Separate unavailable stock from preorder or backorder offers.
- 04
Agree a source correction and verify the resulting record after the feed refresh.
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE / AVAILABILITY
Submitted feedin_stock
Supplied referenceout_of_stock
Our fictional planter is not available for purchase in its supplied reference table. The proposed copy changes that one record; it does not assume every variant is unavailable.

You receive the affected product IDs, the values we compared, the evidence supporting the findings and anything that remains unresolved. An implemented repair includes the agreed changes and recheck results.
Before any live changes
A stock label must reflect the real offer. We will ask you to confirm any preorder, backorder, fulfilment or delivery uncertainty. We agree access, scope and price first. Google controls eligibility and review timing; approval and sales are not guaranteed.
